I rated these guys 10 for speed not because the line speed was fast but because they got me the fastest speed possible when all other companies said I couldn't have broadband

After trying a number of providers over the years, and there have been a few! This ISP was a good move for me. Expect to pay a couple of pounds extra but the customer service is worth that alone.

I moved to Vispa after seeing them in the top 6 ISPA 2008 award listings, cant say fairer than that and nice to see the smaller boys can, take on the big lads. Very pleased so far.

Since calling vispa and explaining my situation, they agreed to report the fault upon migrating. A few days later, sure enough it was fixed! Superb customer service. For me, it is well worth the extra couple of pound per month just to be looked after. The speed has also improved too.

Getting Vispa to work has been a long job, bad equipment and BTW dragging its feet. But Vispa Support staff have been great, staying late to help me sort out problems, listening without judgment to the weird things my internet connection was doing and badgering BTW to pull their finger out and carry out diagnostics.

Having been with BT for many years and fed up with the exhorbitant cost for both Broadband and Telephone, this is my reason for choosing Vispa. So far, it has been brilliant - so easy to set up. Had to call support for help with setting up additional email addresses. Friendly, UK based personnel helped me and in 5 minutes I was up and running. Can highly recommend Vispa..........

What service, after speaking to Alan several times over the last few days, he even called at our house on his way home from work to try to sort out our problems. Although he does only live 3 miles away, this is way above and beyond the expectations anyone can posibly have of their ISP Support team. VISPA will move heaven and earth to make sure you get all the help and support you need. Forget anyone else. What can I say but 10/10.

I had some initial problems concerning the speed of my connection. They were all resolved within 24 hours! The support staff are friendly and will move the earth to help you. It feels like a very personal service. Value is outstanding. They are by far the best ISP I have used.

I moved to Vispa from the dreaded BT broadband service approx 3 years ago with some trepidation. But I have to say that they made the transition quite painless! I have since had 2 instances when BT in their infinite wisdom tinkered with the DSL service to the extent that it was unusable. Vispa to their credit moved heaven and earth to rectify the situation, and managed to return our service promptly. Bob Moore

We operate a business that relies on internet and since moving to Vispa we had no problems. At first I was reluctant to move due to complications but I was very nicely supprised how easy it was. Vispa taken care of everything. Very good company. Well reccomended.

We are a business and we have previously used demon for internet access and it was shockingly bad. We came across vispa as a local PC shop recommended them. Since moving, vispa have taken care of everything. Including resetting up our modem, staff email accounts & website. The move went smoother than expected! Trouble free, fast internet at last! Good bye demon!!!

Small companies have this nack of looking after their customers. Vispa have this off to a tee! My move from Virgin to Vispa has gone perectly. All my equipment arrived promptly as I was told when I subscribed. It seems like the larger ISP's are interested more in numbers rather than customers.

Thank you VISPA. After a disaster with BT Yahoo (my thoughts would be filtered out!) and a total 'you can't get broadband' from Tiscali, I read these reviews and tried VISPA. They rang me, they listened, and they tested. They then recommended RADSL and assured me they would not charge if they failed. I am 8km (5miles) from the exchange of which 900m of the cable is aluminium. I have a 1MB connection. Thank you VISPA for your efforts and your support and help.

I have been with them for 2 years now and found them absolutly amazing. CS treat you like a human being they help you with any problems and are always available. Maybe slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for, and in this case you get 1st class service all round.

Vispa are one of those few companies that have never lost their sense of identity the larger they grew. Even now, after being with them or a couple of years, I still receive that \"One of the family\" feeling when phoning for customer support (which actually isn't that often!!!)

I am new to the internet and found that vispa are a BIG help. If i have any problem no matter how big or small there is always help available to me. I didnt know were to start putting my pc together so a member of the vispa team visted our house and fitted the equipment!!!

As a professional web design company we need to offer our customers the best. When Broadband arrived, we looked at some forums and Vispa cropped up in a few as being good - thankfully these reports proved true! Initially we put our ADSL connection with them, and after speaking with them (real people on the end of the phone who know what they're on about!) put our own hosting there too. We now put hosting for some of our own clients with Vispa as the level of support, even on techy/web related matters unrelated to the services they provide, is always excellent. If you're looking around for a great ISP then look no further.
