Can
I keep my telephone number?
Yes. In actual fact, your line will still be cared by BT therefore,
there is no need for us to change you number.
How
long does it take to transfer?
Usually, we complete the transfer process in 7 - 10 working days.
Will
my phone line go off?
No. The transfer process is completely seamless.
Why
is Vispa so cheap for phone calls?
Simply because we don't use BT for outgoing calls as they are very
expensive. We place a Carrier Pre Select on your line which routes
your outgoing calls through Vispa. Your incoming calls are not
affected.
Do
I have to transfer my line rental to Vispa?
No, we do not force you to transfer your line. As you can see, there
is no cost benefit, just the bonus of having all your telephone
charges billed together on one monthly invoice.
How
do I pay?
We prefer our customers to pay by Direct Debit as it's simple and
secure however you can pay us by Credit/Debit Card, Cheque, Bank
Transfer or Postal Order if you wish.
Is
there a minimum contract period?
No. We do not hold you to any contract whatsoever because we don't
think you'll be unhappy!
