I keep track of my usage?
Yes, you can view your usage consumption in MyAccount. Usage is
calculated each calendar month.
How
much is additional usage?
If you exceed your monthly usage allowance, we change £1.50 per gb.
Ordering
Broadband for the first time?
If you are ordering Broadband on your telephone line for the first
time, BT will charge Vispa £47.00 including VAT which we pass on to
you. If you would like, you can pay this over 12 months.
How
long with it take to be activated
Activation for any UK broadband installation is a maximum of 7 days,
depending if there are any complications with your order. we advise
all users to setup their equipment at least 2 days before activation
as BT can complete the work early in less busier exchanges.
Do
I have to change my telephone number
There should be no reason for you to change your current telephone
number.
Does
an engineer have to visit my house/premises
No, not under usual circumstances. Your telephone line is converted
to ADSL remotely so there is usually no need.
I
am an existing Vispa Broadband customer, how do I upgrade?
Upgrading is easy. Simply give us a quick call - 08701 624 888 or
email sales@vispa.net with your username and we will arrange the
upgrade.
