I'm worried about moving away from BT...

Don't be! In actual fact you're not actually moving away from BT. When you signup for Home Complete, Vispa notify BT that you are switching to Vispa. BT will raise your final bill and agree a date to seamlessly switch your line. BTOpenreach will still take care of your line in the event of any problems.
 

How does usage work?

During the day (08:00am to 11:59pm) usage will count towards your monthly usage limit. Any additional usage is charged at £1.50 per GB. You may download as much as you want from 12 midnight to 07:59am free of charge. You can keep track of your downloads & usage by viewing our graphs in your MyAccount. Any additional peak usage is charged at £1.50 per Gb on your following months bill.
 

Is your support based within the UK?

Yes! In fact, all our staff are highly trained in dealing with broadband & telephone related issues. Our offices are based in Cheshire and our aim is to not keep you waiting on hold for more than 1 minute.
 

Will my modem or router support ADSL+ & ADSL2+?

Almost all routers will support ADSL+ & ADSL2+ broadband. We recommend the BT Voyager  or Thomson Speedtouch range which are all available from our online shop or when you place an order. USB Modems are not supported. If you have any concern, please give us a call and we'll be more than happy to help.
 

Why are Vispa's telephone calls cheaper than BT?

As Vispa is a wholesale partner of BT, we buy their products and services at discount which enables us to offer better rates to our customers. For a complete list of call charges, click here. Each month we allow you a set amount of free calls to 01, 02 & 03 numbers.
 

I am already a Vispa Broadband customer. Can I upgrade?

My line is not with BT and is with an LLU operator?

To tranfer your LLU telephone line back to Vispa (BT Network) there is a one off charge of £39.99 inc VAT.
 

How long is the contract period?

As with all bundled telephone & broadband packages, there is a minimum 12 month contract.
 

What is VispaTalk and how does it work?

VispaTalk is a 'phone call over broadband' service from Vispa. You can either use our free VispaTalk PC software with a simple headset, your own VOIP phone or purchase one from www.vispashop.com. We recommend the Siemnens Gigaset Cordless Dect & VOIP phone! The advantage of VispaTalk is that telephone calls are far cheaper when made over your broadband. Local and National calls are from as little as 1p & international also starting at 1p.

Can I change between Home Complete Options/Tariffs?

Yes, to change your Home Complete option, there is a one off charge of £15.00 inc VAT however, if you are upgrading (not downgrading), we will waive this if you are happy to extend your contract by three months.
