Service Connection
There is a one-off connection charge of £20.00 including VAT which
covers the charge to transfer your line to Vispa. If you require a new line or reconnection (where there is no
suitable BT stopped line) we charge £124.98 inc VAT for the
installation which will be carried out by BT Openreach. If you are not sure if
you have an existing BT line, please contact us and we'll help!
I am an existing Vispa Broadband customer, how do I upgrade?
Upgrading is easy. Simply give us a quick call - 08701 624 888 or
email sales@vispa.net with your username and we will arrange the
upgrade.
Is
there a minimum contract term?
Yes, there is a 12 month contract on all Home Complete packages.
How
does the Broadband usage work?
* We allocate a peak & off-peak usage allowance. For example, 10gb
(peak) / 40gb (off-peak). Broadband peak hours are from 8am to
9.59pm daily. Off-peak is 10pm to 7.59am. Any additional usage is
simply charged at £1.00 per GB and billed on a monthly basis.
How
do I pay Vispa?
All monthly payments must be made by Direct Debit only.
