is the dialup charged?
As this service is a standard rate dialup, charges are made onto
your BT phone bill, charges range from 4p per minute 7am till 7pm to
1p per minute evenings 7pm till 7am and all day weekends.

long till my account is active?
The connect pioneer package is instant activation, simply signup,
create your dialup connection and surf the web its that easy.
Will
I receive a Vispa email address?
Upon signup you will also have created an email address fro yourself
in the following format
anything@username.vispa.com This will be activated 1 hour after
signup
I
have forgotten my user details, what should I so?
The simplest way to get your user information is to give us a call,
simply call 08701 624 888 for further assistance on obtaining your
username or password.
