  3 What equipment do I need?

After a site survey, we will show you the antenna that we will install on your property. It's very small and discreet. We will connect the antenna to a standard Ethernet router (also supplied) to which you connect your devices.
 

  Can I use VOIP over wireless?

Yes. You with all City Wireless subscriptions we give you a free voice over IP account that you can make and receive calls. If you really want to get cleaver, why not port your land line telephone number to Vispa's VOIP service and cancel your phone line!?
 

  I am already a Vispa Broadband customer. Can I upgrade?

Certainly. Please contact our sales team who will be delighted to assist.
 

  How long is the contract period?

The contract period for City Wireless is 12 months from the initial installation however, if you are unhappy with our service within the first 30 days, we will be more than happy to cancel it.
